With a growing client base across the US, Latin America, and Europe, we are expanding in the US, targeting community banks, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) providers, and credit unions, offering a plug-and-play solution designed for agility and scalability.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Sr. Analyst to join our team and boost revenue generation through data-driven conversion strategies. This role is essential for scaling our performance marketing initiatives and driving sustainable growth using tools like HubSpot.

What challenges await you?

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot as the central tool for marketing automation and CRM.
  • Design and execute nurturing strategies to convert leads into business opportunities. (e.g. Email Marketing, Educational Content Delivery, Lead Scoring & Segmentation, Exclusive Invitations to webinars or relevant events, etc)
  • Create automation flows, lead scoring models, and email marketing campaigns focused on conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align goals and ensure a seamless MQL to SQL handoff.
  • Design, test, and scale outbound and paid media campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (CAC, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates) with a revenue-driven mindset.
  • Run A/B tests to improve campaign and landing page performance.
  • Identify and implement optimizations across the acquisition and conversion funnel.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team in defining and executing the marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.

Requisitos

Must have!

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth, performance, or demand generation.
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot (or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms).
  • Previous experience in B2B, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish for campaigns and email flows.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to analyze data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.


Nice to have

  • Knowledge about risks, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), compliance, fraud, cybersecurity, and/or similar areas.
  • Additional languages: Portuguese.
